I am familiar with the opinion that Buddha didn't talk about God because it wasn't his intention to teach about God, but rather the path to realization(of Self, and God) But I was curious if there was ever any mention of any kind as to God/Creator/Source/Self, what have you. I'm doing my own search on this as well, but love the knowledge shared by the posters in this forum.

There is announcement in the golden pool that 'I have done everything'. There is nothing like God but there is a massive and confident realization of being able to do everything. But then several other things happen before it.

Certainly Buddha must have been experientially aware of his original separation from what I call Unpotentiated Potential. Would not that be the source of all "gods"?
