Good to see you back around, Kat, even if this is just a quick peek-in visit!

Great work here guys,
especially timD for moderating his socks off!!hehe
thanx for all the calibrations.
careful not to get repetative strain syndrom in your search for truth.

I noticed 2 diferent calibrations for autobiography a yogi by Paramahamsa Yogananda
one at 720 and another at 540
could someone coonfirm it if it hasnt already been done so.

Believe it or not, we generally have to do very little moderating here. Moderating our "socks off" is a pretty rare necessity, thankfully. It's too cold here tonight to be barefoot on wooden floors anyway! Most of the time, I'm just a reader/poster.

This is actually a good point. When I was testing, on those days that I felt like things were really clear, I got a bit over-enthusiastic and that enthusiasm combined with the one-handed technique I was using brought days of discomfort from the strain. In many techniques (the two handed double ring or ring and hook being exceptions), the muscles chosen for resistance are chosen because it's often more accurate to use muscles that normally provide less force than the muscles used to push against the resistance.

For example, it is easier to exert more pressure pushing down with an arm than pushing up with a raised arm. It's also easier to push down with a finger than to push up with a straightened finger. Somewhere in a lecture, I've seen Hawkins talk about how this can help cut out tendencies toward unknowingly strengthening based on positionality... the weak response is more marked on muscles that can't normally overpower the muscles pushing to test.

This can happen. Remember that this is a place for people to develop and hone k-testing skills and accuracy. Different people can have different levels of accuracy and sometimes some days are clearer than others.

This may seem to discount kineseology, but kineseology depends on the level of openness to the field and the truth itself. In a very recent interview (link from Kat in another thread), Hawkins said that it works out better for those with an attitude which is more scientific in that it seeks the truth regardless of what the truth may turn out to be... unattachment to any desired outcome, love of the truth more than any specific answer, etc. This may be why he recently added in his books that accuracy with kineseology was generally higher in the 400s. But, yah... when you add these things in to a mix of other factors within the person, results can vary.

The cleaner and clearer the connection to the field with an unassuming search for the truth rather than any answer, the better testing works.

Re. Yogananda's book(s), the LoC closer to the author's LoC is more likely to be closer (though not certainly so). Some authors do publish works that calibrate a fair ways off from their own LoC, but most authors write in the same general range. Exceptions may come from things like regurgitation of principles learned from other people among other possibilities.

Thanks,

Tim

I felt that the being "Babaji" Yogananda spoke of was a beautiful being.

Doing some aggressive spiritual clearing work, and receive an independent diagnostic which includes the Hawkins calibration.
Between the last two reports the calibration went up about 90 points, which does not surprise me seeing the changes within myself. The rating, as with the rest of the diagnostic, gives me some encouragement and wisdom regarding my spiritual clearing strategy.

The Gospel of Thomas appealed greatly to me just at the time my personal calibration matched up. Also, I better understand why some books no longer appeal to me. Also better understand why the theraveda buddhic path appeals to me greatly at this time.

I am currently wading through "Excalibur Revisited" by Geoffrey Filbert and would appreciate a rating for him and his work, thank you.

I have been trying to calibrate "The Urantia Book" and have gotten wild fluctuations between 300 to 850. I can't seem to be able to confirm a test.

The last attempt came out at 630. I would like to test individual chapters once I figured out why I am currently inconsistent. I do have permission to test.

Has anyone attempted to calibrate any of the angels (current and former)

Michael
Gabriel
Lucifer

All three appear to be crystalline entities (tested true) which is necessary to hold LoC energies above 1000.
